SIMPLE TIPS TO GAIN WEIGHT (WITHOUT RISKING YOUR HEALTH!)

A lot of people have been flooding my DM with one question:

“Dr, since you said we should not take Dexamethasone to gain weight… what can we take instead?”

😅 Smile! I get it. Everyone wants to add a little flesh here and there — but let me be clear:

I will NEVER recommend taking Dexamethasone just to gain weight.
Why? Because the side effects of using it long-term are way more dangerous than any weight you’ll gain. It’s not worth it!

So what can you use instead?

If you really want to gain weight safely, go for medications that contain Cyproheptadine and multivitamins.
Some good examples include:

✅ Cyprivit
✅ Cypricold
✅ Apetamin
✅ Oraxine and others

These meds help increase your appetite, make you sleep better, and when taken with enough food, you'll start seeing results in just a few weeks.

However, these drugs are not magic! You still need to:

🍛 Eat well (more than your usual 3 times a day)
🛌 Rest properly (especially after taking the meds)

If you’re always busy at work or you're a driver, this may not be the best time to start, because...

⚠️ Side Note Warnings:

🚗 Don’t drive or operate heavy machines after taking it — unless you want to sleep off and cause accidents.
🥳 Avoid taking it before parties or night Virgil — you might knock off . (people will look at you somehow, trust me).
👨‍🏭 Don’t take it before going to work — your boss may think you're lazy and issue that dreaded sack letter.
👩‍👧‍👦 Tell your parents if you’re taking it — especially ladies. You’ll eat and sleep so much, they might think you’re pregnant 😅.

Finally, If you truly want to look healthy, weight is not the only thing that matters.
You must also:

Stay emotionally stable 🧠
Eat balanced meals 🥦
Sleep well 😴

Avoid unnecessary stress 😓

Try this routine… and thank me later! 😎
Feel free to DM me if you want a personalized guide.

“NOT EVERY MEANS ” – A TRUE ENCOUNTER

Some weeks ago, I received a call from one of my clients.
As I picked up, he greeted me, “Dr. Noble, good morning.”

I laughed and replied, “Oh, I’m not a doctor—I'm a registered Community Health Practitioner.”

He responded, “Honestly, with the level of clinical skills I’ve seen from you and many of your colleagues, one can hardly tell the difference.”

I smiled and said, “That’s because we also pass through rigorous years of training in school.”

Then he said, “I actually have a complaint.”

“Go ahead,” I responded.

“You know it’s not even up to a month since I was treated for malaria,” he began. “But this morning, when I got up to use the toilet, I noticed my urine was very yellow.”

I asked, “Do you have fever, headache, or body pains?”

He replied, “No.”

“Any other symptoms apart from the change in urine color?”

“Nothing else,” he said. “I just noticed the color and became worried.”

I explained:
“Only noticing that your urine is yellowish doesn’t mean it’s malaria. It likely means you haven’t been drinking enough water. Try drinking plenty of water today and monitor it again tomorrow.”

The next morning, he called back:
“Dr., do you know I’m perfectly fine now?”

So here’s the message:
Not every fever, headache, or yellowish urine is malaria.
Sometimes, all you need is rest and adequate water intake.

Let’s stop misdiagnosing ourselves. Proper hydration and health education go a long way..

ANTI HYPERTENSIVE MEDICATION'S/SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION CONCERNS.

Many men hesitate to take anti-hypertensive medication due to concerns about sexual dysfunction.

However, let's weigh the options. Would you prefer to take medication to manage your hypertension, potentially staying healthy and sexually active, or risk unmanaged hypertension leading to a stroke, leaving you bedridden and without sexual urge? It's worth noting.

As a matter of fact, not all anti-hypertensive medications cause sexual dysfunction. Certain medications, like Methyldopa, are known to have this side effect, but others may not.

Unmanaged hypertension itself can also impact sexual function. It's essential to discuss your concerns with your healthcare provider, who can recommend the best treatment for you.

Prevention is often better than cure, so think carefully about your decision.

*The Hidden Dangers of Kolos (Synthetic Ma*****na)*
Kolos, also known as Colorado or synthetic ma*****na, has become a popular substance among young people in our community. While it may resemble ma*****na, Kolos is not a natural substance. Instead, it is made from shredded dry leaves or grass infused with harmful chemicals.

*The Harsh Reality*
These chemicals are designed to mimic the effects of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the active ingredient in ma*****na. However, the consequences of using Kolos extend far beyond a temporary high.

*The Alarming Effects*
Kolos use has been linked to:

- Anxiety
- Paranoia
- Psychosis
- Mood swings
- Hallucinations
- Elevated heart rate
- Vomiting
- Organ failure

A Disturbing Comparison
The signs exhibited by someone under the influence of Kolos are eerily similar to those of a person struggling with mental illness. This raises a disturbing question: could continued use of Kolos lead to a breakdown in mental health?

It's time to rethink our relationship with Kolos. The risks are real, and the consequences can be devastating. Let's take control of our health and well-being before it's too late.

Break Free from the Grip of Kolos
Don't wait until it's too late. Seek help, support, and guidance to overcome addiction and protect your future.

Before you smoke that ice and succumb to paranoia,
Before you smoke that loud and surrender to anxiety,
Before you smoke that Kolos and chase the fleeting euphoria,
Before you take that tramadol, refnol, and codeine, and risk mental illness – only to blame your ancestors later...

Have you ever stopped to consider the long-term and short-term consequences of these substances on your body?

In the coming days, I'll be exploring the negative effects of various substances and drugs commonly found and abused in our local community by the Youths.

Happy New Month!

It's been a while, and I'm thrilled to be back!

Stay tuned for insightful discussions on substance awareness!

Best regards,
Noble Effe (Rchp)
