RELIGIOSITY IS NOT SPIRITUALITY
Can we be deeply religious and still struggle to practise the very values our faith teaches? 🤔
Over the past week, as I followed the controversy between VDM and Pastor Arome, this question kept coming to mind: Are we paying more attention to being religious than to growing spiritually?
There is nothing wrong with being religious. Faith gives many people hope, direction, and purpose. But beyond praying, worshipping, and quoting scriptures, our faith should also reflect in how we treat others.
Kindness, humility, honesty, and respect should matter just as much as our religious practices.
Perhaps the real question is not how religious we are, but how much our faith reflects in the way we live.
