Rep. Sesoo Ikpagher Celebrates Rev. Pastor Abo on 40th Priestly Ordination Anniversary

β€”Eulogises his service to God, the Church and Humanity, and Contributes hugely to the development of the Church.

Yesterday, November 30, 2025, the Honourable Member representing the good people of Vandeikya/Konshisha Federal Constituency, Hon. Engr. Sesoo Ikpagher joined the family of Rev. Pastor & Atese Zachariah Mchiekaan Abo to celebrate their 40th Priestly anniversary, tagged "4 Decades of Grace and Service (Priestly Ordination)".

The celebratory service took place at NKST Church Awajir, Konshisha LGA; attended by religious, traditional, community, and political leaders, as well as family and friends and numerous well-wishers.

Speaking at the Church Service, Rep. Engr. Sesoo Ikpagher lauded the meritorious service of Rev. Pastor & Atese Abo for the past forty (40) years, not just to the Church but also to the development of society and humanity as well.

The Federal Lawmaker emphasized the role of the Church in societal and human advancement, eulogizing Rev. Abo for his commitment to the same work for 4 decades, saying, through preaching of peace, unity and faith, lives have been changed and societies transformed.

He finally urged younger church leaders to emulate Rev. Pastor & Atese Abo’s examplary service, and as always, he contributed a huge sum of money to the development of the Church.

Rep. Engr. Sesoo Ikpagher Receives Award of Honour by MIM, NKST Mba-akpur Classis.

The Honourable Member representing the good people of Vandeikya/Konshisha (Jechira) Federal Constituency, Hon. Engr. Sesoo Ikpagher was, earlier today, honoured by MIM NKST Mba-akpur Classisβ€”for his meritorious services to the organization and the Church.

The event took place at NKST Church Mbaume in Konshisha Local Government Area. It was attended by religious, traditional, political and community leaders, as well as SIG supporters.

The MIM, Mba-akpur Classiss lauded the positive efforts of Hon. Sesoo Ikpagher for the development of their organization and the Church; mentioning a number of positive projects, honoured him with the organization's uniform, and prayed for his success in all life's endeavours.

Hon. Engr. Sesoo Ikpagher, who was represented by Hon. Mofa Nyiyongu, received the award, thanked MIM, NKST Mba-akpur Classiss and the NKST Church, appreciated the efforts of the church in inculcation of values that promote models of societal development, and donated the sum of two hundred thousand Naira (N200,000) to the Church.

Thereafter, Hon. Mofa Nyiyongu led religious, traditional, community, and political leaders at the event to inspect the ongoing SIG’s "Water is Life" project, a solar-powered borehole project, that's in progress at the premises of NKST Church, Mbaume.

In company of Hon. Mofa Nyiyongu were: Rev. Pastor Mhen (Resident Pastor NKST Church Tughgba), Elder John Hwande, Lazarus Tyoakaa (Aide, Media/Publicity to Rep. Sesoo Ikpagher), Hon. Eric Norzenda, Hon. Michael Shangevde (Secretary Shangev-Tiev Concerned Forum), Mr. Agbidye Sunday, Mr. Terungwa Atsua and many other supporters.

Project Update: The "Water is Life" Initiative of Rep. Engr. Sesoo Ikpagher of Vandeikya/Konshisha Federal Constituency continues.

This initiative of Hon. Sesoo Ikpagher is aimed at providing potable water through drilling and installation of solar-powered boreholes to communities of Vandeikya and Konshisha Local Governments to address the age-long challenge of water scarcity.

Today, work commenced and is ongoing on the one at NKST Church Mbaume, Mbaikyase Ward of Konshisha LGA.

NIGERIA AT 65: REP. SESOO IKPAGHER EXTENDS WARM GREETINGS TO CONSTITUENTS AND ALL NIGERIANS

β€” Urges Renewed Commitment to Unity, Faith, Peace, and Progress

The Honourable Member representing the good people of Vandeikya/Konshisha (Jechira) Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Engr. Sesoo Ikpagher, has extended heartfelt greetings to his constituents and all Nigerians as the nation marks its 65th Independence Anniversary.

Rep. Ikpagher, who serves as the Deputy Chairman, House Committee on Ethics and Privileges, described the Independence Day celebration as a time for reflectionβ€”not only on Nigeria’s journey to nationhood but also on the sacrifices of heroes past and the collective aspirations of the present generation.

According to the lawmaker, "Nigeria's Independence is a solemn reminder of our shared heritage, the strength of our diversity, and the resilience of our people. As we mark this milestone, let us renew our commitment to the ideals upon which our nation was founded: Unity, Faith, Peace, and Progress."

He reaffirmed his commitment to work with fellow legislators in initiating and supporting policies that promote good governance, transparency, and the delivery of democratic dividends to all Nigerians. While acknowledging the socio-economic and security challenges confronting the nation, he expressed optimism that with unity and patriotic zeal, these challenges are surmountable.

SIG NEWS!

Project Update: The "Light-up Jechira" initiative by Rep. Engr. Sesoo Ikpagher of Vandeikya/Konshisha Federal Constituency continues as the 5th batch of solar streetlights arrived the Constituency last weekend and was received by Hon. Mofa Nyiyongu.

Distribution and installation across different settlements of Vandeikya and Konshisha Local Governments are currently ongoing.

Hon. Engr. Sesoo's "Light-up Jechira" initiative is aimed at providing light to communities, especially those without access to the main electrical grid β€” thereby enhancing economic activities and guaranteeing safety of the locals.
