Yesterday, Wednesday October 30th, 2024 history was made in the Centre of Excellence, Lagos State as the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, HE. Pastor Umo Bassey Eno led a political heavy weight, men/women of timber and calibre, illustrious sons and daughters of Akwa Ibom State, captain of industries and his Lagos counterpart, His Excellency Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the executive governor of Lagos State with obas of Lagos and other political heavyweight in Lagos State to the groundbreaking ceremony of the iconic Ibom Towers in Lagos State.

The event took place at Plot 868A Bishop Aboyade Cole, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The Ibom Towers Lagos is designed to have 32 residential units (apartments) consisting of:
- 10 (ten) nos of 1-Bedroom apartments and Boys Quarter
- 10 (ten) nos of 2-Bedroom apartments Boys Quarters
- 9 (nine) nos of 3-Bedroom apartments and Boys Quarters
- 3 (three) nos of sky apartments and 2-rooms Boys Quarters.

The property will have the following facilities:
- Suspended swimming pools
- Restaurant, Bar and 3 (three) meeting rooms
- Private Sit-Outs
- Multi-level parking for up to 102 cars
- Gymnasium
- Dedicated and access-controlled lifts (6 nos)
- Water treatment system
- Heightened security features and fences
- Standby power supply
- Security office

This is truly a smart investment, the governor promised to finished the project within 24 months.

Gov. Umo Eno performs groundbreaking ceremony for Ibom Tower in Lagos tomorrow

The much anticipated Ibom Tower groundbreaking ceremony has become a reality in Lagos as Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno storms Lagos for ceremony.

The event will take place tomorrow Wednesday October 30th, 2024 at Plot 868A Bishop Aboyade Cole, Victoria Island, Lagos by 12noon prompt.

His Excellency, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Executive Governor of Lagos State will be the special guest of honour at the event.
