.ng sent over four chicken flavors and we were already hyped because they were easily top three for us in last year’s hump day lunches.

We tried Spicy Rodo (actually spicy, they mean business), Peri Barbecue (a bit too sweet for our taste but if you like sweet barbecue, this is for you), Mild Peri-Peri (our favorite—savory, balanced, the one we keep going back to), and Lemon Herb (low-key giving “white people,” no shade—clean, inoffensive, herbs came through).

The Peri Basil Rice was really good. Herby, a little spicy, very more-ish. We always get this.

Simple chicken that’s really flavorful. Works well for the Nigerian palate—nothing overcomplicated, just solid flavors. We’ll be back.
