This is one thing that most editors don't consider. WE BECOME TO USE TO OUR NLE THAT WE DON'T TAKE OUT TIME TO LEARN AND UPGRADE OURSELVES ON OUR NLE.

We should also note that while we upgrade our NLE we should not forget to upgrade OURSELVES.

As an editor you should understand that EDITING IS DIFFERENT FROM EDITOR. One is the software we use to work while the other is the skill by which we operate the software.
