Court Adjourns as Court order for status quo on very dark man continues.
The vacation fct high court today presided over by Justice Nwosu iheme in a case filed against popular youtuber, blogger and self proclaimed freedom fighter ,Mr martins Vincent otse known as very dark man, operating on different social media platforms and Facebook meta platform. The fct vacation high court today reminds very dark man counsel on the subsistence of the injunctive order of status quo in favour of prophet Jeremiah omoto funfenyi of christ mercy land deliverance international ministry in warri, delta state.
According to the statement of claim filed by prophet Jeremiah lead Counsel and lawyer, Joel karatu esq in July 2024, the claimant chronicled the various alleged libellous Facebook and social media publications made against him by very dark man.
The plaintiff lamented that the defamatory contents caused him incalculable damage and brought him to ridicule among members of his Church and business partners who are spread across the globe
in a case of alleged libel and defamation, prophet Jeremiah fufenyi accused very dark man of operating on different social medial platforms of portraying him in bad lights.
The fct high court ,which heard the matter today even after painstakingly listening to the submissions of lead counsel to prophet Jeremiah and very dark man counsel
The court after hearing all parties noted that the defendant being very dark man and his counsel in the person of Ademola Oyedokun esq, should put his house and all his court processes in order,and inform all parties that the court injunctive order for status quo subsits and then adjourned to 6th september 2024 for definite hearing of all applications.
In court processes dated July 2014, the plaintiff said
βThe defendant has posted several cyberbullying and libel videos in which a significant number of it is defamatory to the personality of the plaintiff.β
To underscore the amount of pain the alleged libellous posts had caused him, the plaintiff lawyer said his client has βfamily members, Church members and friends who are active on social media, and brought his attention to the several defamatory posts against him by the defendant through vdm Facebook and other social media platform.β
He noted that although some of the alleged posts are on vdm Facebook and social media , there exist others which he intends to tender before the court at trial.
