A young man was walking along the road one faithful morning around 11:30 am, and saw a very young girl hooking some food items.
The young man became disturbed and said to him self, '' today is Monday the street is quiet and lonely why must this child be here at this time of the day, when she is aught to be in school" he quickly moved closer to her and asked of her name and she replied, Judith Gumbo.
and the young man asked, why are you here? are you not supposed to be in class now?, the child was speechless and the young man asked her of the sum total of the entire item, the little girl told him, which is not even up to 1k.
he said to him self, " so she is killing her self because of just this little amount"
The young man told this girl to lead him to her house, Few minutes later, the young man gave her some money and when they got to the house a woman who saw her daughter with a stranger became worried although her daughter was smiling.
The girl said to the young man, this is my mum and the young man greeted, good afternoon ma how are you doing and how is business, the woman smiled in her little table shop with few potato's on it and replied my brother we bless God oh!
the young man said I saw my friend walking around selling, why is she not in school? " sir na her school fee she the find as she' just finish primary school and her papa done die" the woman said.
the young man sympathized with them and gave them some amount of money for the girl's schoocl fee and left.
Judith became very exited.
few days later, Judith started school and run back to the point where she meet the young man to say thank you but the man was not there, Judith cried and wished to see him again.
the point is everyone needs a helper, but when you help a child you help a generation through that child others will be bless and the memory will forever last.
the story may not be interesting, but the point see a child help a child.
