On the vibrant morning of July 13, 2024, transformed the Opique Event Centre in Galadimawa into a kaleidoscope of colors and cultures.
The theme for this year’s end of session production, "Ubuntu: Showcasing Carnivals Around the World," perfectly captured the essence of unity, community, and the interconnectedness of humanity.

From the very start, the air was filled with excitement and anticipation. Families, friends, and staff members gathered, eager to witness the culmination of months of preparation and hard work. The venue, adorned with festive decorations, buzzed with the energy of a global carnival.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the performances by the students. Each act was a vibrant showcase of different carnivals from around the world. The audience was transported from the lively streets of Rio de Janeiro during the Brazilian Carnival to the spirited celebrations of the Calabar carnival showcasing the Ekombi dance.
The students’ dedication and enthusiasm shone through each performance, reflecting the deep cultural significance behind the colorful costumes and energetic dances.

The 2023/2024 end of session production was more than just an event; it was a vivid reminder of our shared humanity. Through the lens of carnivals around the world, the students of Blooming Heritage School not only entertained but also educated and inspired.

🌟 We had the incredible honor of capturing the spirit of hope and unity at the 7th Annual Cancer Awareness Walk, brought to life by the passionate efforts of the Okapi Children Cancer Foundation 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Under the theme "Steps to Survival," this inspiring event brought together a community dedicated to making a difference in the fight against cancer. The energy and determination at the walk were palpable as participants of all ages came together at the Jabi Lake Mall .

The purpose of this event goes beyond a simple walk. It's about raising awareness, inspiring action, and showing support for those battling cancer, especially the brave children who are at the heart of the Okapi Children Cancer Foundation's mission. 💪
