We all go through some rough patches in life and can sometimes experience a nervous breakdown. These episodes are often triggered by severe stress and can cause both physical AND psychological symptoms.

Positive thinking does not mean to be oblivious of problems in order to focus on positive results because challenges will certainly come. It means accepting that delays are temporary and that you have the skills and abilities to fight the challenges you face.
Stay positive alway.
