Dear kingdom woman, , welcome to March the Month of Victory.
You are born of God, therefore, you shall overcome every opposition, limitation, and resistance this season in Jesus mighty name, Amen!
Your faith shall be alive, active, and prevail in every matter before you.
I declare that every battle confronting your life, family, ministry, health, and finances is settled in your favor.
You shall walk in dominion over fear, delay, confusion, and setbacks.
This month, you shall step into visible things, testimonies, divine help, and undeniable breakthroughs.
I decree that the power of God goes ahead of you, and every closed door shall be opened in your favour.
Your steps are ordered, your hands are strengthened, your voice is backed by heaven and, no circumstances shall put you down.
In March, you'll not struggle — You shall overcome.
You'll not retreat — you shall advance.
You do not fail — you shall prevail.

BUILDING GOD-CONFIDENCE
A Kingdom Woman’s Mindset

“Such confidence we have through Christ toward God… our competence comes from God.”
— 2 Corinthians 3:4–5

Dear Kingdom woman, you are not loud because you are proud; you are bold because you have a backing - the Holy Spirit. Joyce Meyer said that confidence is not a feeling, it is a decision rooted in truth. Many women love God deeply, yet live timidly because their mindset has not caught up with their identity.

Here are five ways to build confidence in life:

1. Confidence Begins in the Mind
Joyce Meyer says, “The mind is the battlefield.” Before confidence shows in your actions, it must settle in your thinking. Wrong thoughts produce fear and insecurity. Right thoughts produce boldness and peace.
📖 Romans 12:2 — “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
ACTION WORD: As a Kingdom woman, you must stop rehearsing failure and start rehearsing God’s Word.

2. Do It Afraid
One of Joyce Meyer’s strongest teachings is: “Do it afraid.” Confidence does not come before action; confidence follows obedience.
📖 Joshua 1:9 — “Be strong and courageous… for the Lord your God is with you.”
ACTION: As a Kingdom woman, step out even when your knees are shaking, because you trust God more than your emotions.

3. Your Worth Is Not Up for Debate.
Insecurity grows when women tie their value to people’s approval, past mistakes, or perfection. You must learn that you are accepted, not because you are perfect, but because Christ is.
📖 Ephesians 1:6 — “Accepted in the Beloved.”
ACTION: As a confident Kingdom woman, believe that you are loved, chosen, and equipped.

4. Confidence Is Not Pride, It Is Trust in God.
Biblical confidence says, “I may be weak, but God in me is strong.”
📖 Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all things through Christ…”
ACTION: As a Kingdom woman, learn to know that Kingdom confidence is God-dependence, not self-exaltation.

5. Speak Confidence Until You See It.
There is the power of words - your destiny and future realities is at the Mercy of the words you say today.
📖 Proverbs 18:21 — “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.”
A Kingdom woman must stop saying, “I can’t,” “I’m not good enough,” and start declaring, “God is with me,” “I am growing,”
“I am equipped for this assignment.”

CONCLUSION
A Kingdom woman is confident because her mind is renewed, her identity is secure, and her God is faithful. Confidence is not pretending you are strong; it is knowing God will carry you through.

A NEW SEASON
A new season is God’s divine shift—a moment when heaven rearranges times, outcomes, and positions in your favor.

This season marks:
An end to cycles of delay and repetition
A transition from preparation to manifestation
A shift from prayer to proof
A movement from obscurity to visibility
A release of fresh grace for fresh responsibilities
“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1

In this new season:
What resisted you will respond.
What mocked you will make room for you.
What was shut will open suddenly.
What was dry will flourish again.

God is not just changing your environment—He is upgrading your capacity. Old strategies will no longer be sufficient; new wisdom, new strength, and new alignment are being released.
“Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?” — Isaiah 43:19

This is a season of:
Divine acceleration
Strategic connections
Unusual favor
Restored confidence
Fulfilled promises
You are stepping into a season where results will overtake efforts, and grace will outrun struggle.
“The path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.” — Proverbs 4:18

Prophetic Declaration
I decree: You will not miss your season. You will discern your timing. You will walk in alignment, and you will maximize this new season in Jesus’ name, Amen

Dear Female Minister/kingdom Leaders/Pastor's wife/visionary woman,

You can be a minister with an amazing heart, yet damage people and mess things up. Yes you can.

You need to understand that leadership position is so powerful that one word you say can make or destroy a life. It’s so powerful that the kind of energy you bring and the kind of person you are, can rub off on those you’re leading so much, whether you intend to or not.

One of the things that keep me on my toes on my ministry leadership journey is the fact that, lives are involved. I can’t be joking with lives that are so priceless and precious to our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ.

See, there is a PERSONALITY and an ATTITUDE that ministry leadership position requires and if you must lead, YOU MUST EMBODY THIS PERSONALITY and ATTITUDE by daily Renewal of mind by the word of God and alignment with the holy spirit.

As a female ministry leader, intentionality must be the key and whether you like it or not, there are people you are responsible for. Ministry Leadership is about nurturing and raising people unto maturity in Christ Jesus.
