It generally means being enrolled in a university does not automatically stop you from registering for and writing JAMB again.
You can register and sit for the UTME even if you are already a student. For example, if you want to switch courses or institutions.

However, you must declare your current admission status during registration. JAMB has made this mandatory in the UTME template.
That means you clearly state that you’re already in a university when you fill your form.
In simpler terms, you can write JAMB again even if you’re currently in a tertiary institution. But you cannot hide the fact that you’re already a university student, you must declare that status when registering.
