Three things ward off tribulations:

1. Duʿā:
{ قُلْ مَا يَعْبَأُ بِكُمْ رَبِّي لَوْلَا دُعَاؤُكُمْ }
“Say: What would my Lord care for you if not for your supplication?” [Al-Furqān 25:77]

2. Being grateful for blessings:
{ لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ }
“If you are grateful, I will surely increase you.” [Ibrāhīm 14:7]

3. Aiding the weak:
He ﷺ said, “You gain no victory or livelihood except through [the blessings and duʿās of] the weak amongst you.”

ثلاثة تدفع البلاء الدعاء (ما يعبأ بكم ربي لولا دعاؤكم) وشكر النعم (لئن شكرتم لأزيدنكم) ونصرة الضعفاء قال ﷺ (هل تنصرون وترزقون إلا بضعفائكم)
