We have to stop lying to ourselves about the way certain people make us feel, we know when they are not really good for us . We know when things are different. I choose to believe we aren't supposed to live every day questioning pieces of our ourselves, arguing, or wishing things were how we used to be. I have never seen the point in reminiscing with or about people I don't plant to build new memories with. We have to let what was, and focus on making every day in the present a gift towards our future. Making growth a priority to you will teach you who's really from you. I have learned that sometimes accepting a person for who they really are means acknowledging what the two of you can never be again. When the chemistry is gone the history doesn't matters.

I have loved, I have lost, and I have changed. It have been difficult, but I learned so much from it. I have learned that people can hurt you so deep and not even worry about you. I have learned that good people can change in a minute when their heart has 🐝 broken, I have met great people, but mean people as well. But the most important thing I have learned is that every person in this world is stronger enough to let go. People come and go and that's life. The most important thing is to stand up and to realize that you deserve something better than a person who gives up on you.

Listening before responding, letting boundaries and understanding boundaries others have set, and no longer allowing just anyone to have access to you. Some of you don't want rest peace because to require peace is to give it to others. How do you expect peace when you are responding in toxic ways.
