We’re beyond proud to share that our short film ‘Pedro is a Liar’ will be shown at the short film corner during Festival de Cannes!

What started as a bold challenge during the 48 Hour Film Project in Rotterdam, which we won, grew into something much bigger. The film became Winner Best Film runner-up at the world final in Seattle at the Filmapalooza.

And now, as the cherry on top, the film is heading to Cannes.

This journey has been nothing short of incredible. A massive shout-out to our amazing team, cause their talent and passion made this happen.

Produced by Sagas Films, Pedro is a Liar is proof that even in 48 hours, you can make something truly unforgettable.

For some time now, we've been deeply immersed in the making of our documentary about war veterans. While the set is alive with powerful stories and emotional moments, our post-production team is working tirelessly to craft all these beautiful scenes into one cohesive and meaningful masterpiece.

We can’t reveal too much just yet, but one thing is certain: this documentary will be both beautiful and deeply honorable. A tribute to the courage, resilience, and humanity of those who served.

With 130 incredible films competing at Filmapalooza’s annual film festival and filmmaking conference, we’re beyond proud of this achievement. On top of that, we also received an honourable mention for Best Writing!
