We recently received this beautiful photo from one of our listeners, Randy from Illinois (USA). It shows his father back in the day, deeply focused on cataloguing his latest 78 rpm finds. 📓🖋️

Randy shared this memory with us: "He would play his records whenever he was cataloguing his latest finds. I like the variety of the colorful labels."

Last week, while on holiday in England, I found a nice batch of 78rpm records in an Oxfam store in Chipping Norton, Cotswolds. To my surprise, this classic from The Goons was among them. Brilliant comedy, inspiration for Monty Python, admired by the youthful Beatles. Soon on your Radio Nostalgia!

Nothing is more fun and rewarding than to hear that Radio Nostalgia is being listened to all over the world. That's how I got this message from Tokyo where coffee shop スズメノツノ plays my 78 rpm records for their visitors through an old tube radio. Thanks for sharing, guys!

Yesterday your radio host visited Museum MORE in the Dutch town of Gorssel. This museum has a large collection of MOdern REalism, including works by the Dutch magic realist Pyke Koch. His painting "Woman with gramophone" from 1928 fits seamlessly with the music of www.radionostalgia.nl. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

For all those who have an android mobile, Radio Nostalgia is now also available on the popular app RadioDroid. Nice to take the music with you in your ears when walking the dog or jogging. Or to stream Radio Nostalgia from your mobile phone to your sound boxes.
