We would like to inform you that you have 8 days left until the final deadline for submitting your clips for the fandubbing competition at Abunai 2026. Please be aware that this is a hard deadline since it is so close to the date of the convention.

We still need quite a few submissions for us to host an actual competition. There's many cool prizes and awards for everyone, so get out your mic and start recording! We look forward to your excellent fandubs ♥

Dear Fandubbing Fans!

You've been asking about it, so here it finally is! We are happy to announce the 9th edition of the Fandubbing Compo, taking place in the Parkzaal at the Abunai 2026 - "Case Closed" convention! So dust off your microphones and fire up your editing software, this year’s event is going to be wild!

🏆 Prize System:

As in previous years, we'll continue with the Oscar-style award system, where prizes are awarded across a range of categories instead of a traditional top 3. Here are a few examples:

• Best Voice Acting (Male / Female)
• Best Editing
• Funniest dub
…and more!

The is still a trophy for the best overall fandub, among other unique prizes for outstanding entries!

Everyone has a chance to shine! so whether it’s your voice, your humor, or your editing magic. So, this is your chance to impress us!
