In 2002, DJ Bone made a decision: every cent earned from selling his music through his label Subject Detroit would go to helping those experiencing homelessness. That grew into the foundation of Homeless Homies.

Years later, in 2019, the very first FURTHER x Homeless Homies event took place in Detroit. What started as a small, heartfelt gathering has since grown into a movement, bringing people together through music, community, and purpose.

This October at ADE, we return for the 6th edition. Every ticket sold means more support, more awareness, and more direct help for those who need it most.

Our recent Homeless Homies event ended on a high note with an outstanding performance by DJ Bone & Sandrien. As the final track resonated through the room, we looked around and saw something beyond just a dancefloor, there was a shared energy, a sense of unity, a reminder of why we do this.

Seeing everyone move together, lost in the music yet fully present, reaffirms what FURTHER and Homeless Homies are about, creating connections, bridging communities, and making a real impact!
