In love, we grow like lobsters. Not inside comfort, but by letting go of the shells that once protected us. There is a moment where we are softer, more exposed, unsure if what we’re offering will be met with care or harm. That in-between is terrifying — and necessary. Because real connection doesn’t happen while we’re armored. It happens when we choose vulnerability over safety, and allow ourselves to be seen before we feel fully protected again. 🦞

🤍 Send this to someone you’d hug today 🤍 A hug can be many things. Comfort. Connection. A pause.
Science suggests that touch can trigger oxytocin, helping us feel closer and calmer. Sometimes, the body understands before the mind does.
Happy World Hug Day 🤍

2016 was definitely a YOLO year. Rihanna’s Work was the soundtrack of that year with me and going hard on it. That year was all about intuition and just going with the feeling. From a kind of hairography, to romantic weekend with a stranger, a story to tell from Poland and Italian chic in Florence, feel free to indulge. But wait, how connected do you feel with your 2016 self? You remember that person? Say hi from me!

This is the second half of the series. For this post, I’m looking at the remaining zodiac signs and the emotional themes they carry into 2026 — and matching each one with the episode of The Pink Dot that best reflects that journey.

Again, this isn’t about predictions or horoscopes. It’s about stories that meet you where you are.

This part covers Libra to Pisces — six signs, six episodes, chosen for resonance, not symbolism. Swipe through, find your sign, and see what story it leads you to.

✨If you missed Part 1, it’s just a swipe back.
Save this for later — or send it to someone who needs their sign’s episode.

Astrology doesn’t give answers. It gives themes.

For this series, I looked at the core lessons each zodiac sign carries into 2026 and matched them with one episode of The Pink Dot that reflects that emotional journey.

Not predictions.
Stories.

This first part covers Aries to Virgo — six signs, six episodes, each chosen because it makes sense, not because it fits a stereotype.

Swipe through, find your sign, and maybe discover an episode you didn’t know you needed yet.

Part 2 (Libra → Pisces) coming soon.
Save this for later — or send it to someone who needs their sign’s episode.

This year asked a lot from me.
Loss. Love. Resilience. Depth. Self-discovery.
I lost people I love.
I went through a work burnout.
I carried family health issues.
I lost parts of myself — and found others along the way.
Somewhere in between, I had to pause and ask myself who I am and where I’m going.
I learned that you can support others while also being there for yourself.
That it’s okay to mentally stand still.
That the memories we build in life are what truly stay.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about the younger me — the child I was at nine, ten, eleven — and asking:
What would that person think of me now?
I think he’d be proud.
🎧 Episode 7 of The Pink Dot is out now.
In loving memory of my uncle and my grandma. ❤️🤍
