During the Japanese Prime Minister’s motorcade movements, Security Police (SP) officers of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department are responsible for protecting the Prime Minister and securing his movements.

What makes this sequence particularly interesting is the way the security detail creates space for the motorcade to safely merge onto the expressway.

SP officers lean out from the es**rt vehicles, using highly visible white gloves and clear hand signals to warn and slow surrounding traffic while the motorcade enters the main traffic flow and maintains its formation.

Japan has always been distinctive in its culture, discipline and respect for established procedures β€” and that approach can be seen in almost every aspect of daily life, including traffic. This footage is a great example of how protective procedures and Japanese culture come together in practice.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, protected by one of the world's most experienced Presidential Security Services, briefly stopped his convoy in St. Petersburg and stepped out to greet members of the public.
From a Presidential Security perspective, the key question isn't whether the crowd appeared friendlyβ€”it's whether this interaction was part of the operational plan.

Direct contact with a crowd is one of the most demanding moments for any presidential protection team. Every handshake increases exposure, reduces reaction time, and requires continuous observation of hands, body language, crowd movement, and the surrounding environment.

What appears calm on camera is often the result of extensive advance planning, layered security measures, intelligence support, and multiple protection elements operating beyond the visible frame.

Without knowing the operational plan, it's impossible to determine whether this was a planned engagement or a last-minute decision. Regardless, maintaining control of the principal while preserving the ability to react immediately remains the primary objective of every Presidential Security team.

Supporters gathered inside party headquarters ahead of the expected arrival of former CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu.

The footage shows security personnel attempting to clear and control the area around an elevator, a natural choke point for any movement operation. However, following a verbal exchange between a team member and an attendee, physical contact occurred and tensions quickly escalated.

Within seconds, more people became involved and the situation deteriorated into confusion and disorder β€” before the protected person had even arrived.

One of the key objectives should have been to establish control and clear the area before the arrival of the protected person. Instead, crowd management appeared to break down at a critical moment.

This footage also highlights the importance of communication skills in close protection operations. The ability to communicate clearly, project authority, and gain voluntary compliance is often more effective than physical intervention. How a team addresses and treats people can significantly influence the outcome of an operation.

In this case, physical contact appeared to mark the turning point, transforming a manageable situation into confusion and disorder.

The extraordinary thickness, combined with massive hinges and reinforced support mechanisms, gives you a glimpse into the level of protection built into this vehicle. Every movement is slow, controlled, and deliberate β€” because it has to be.

On this video, we can clearly observe precise and well-coordinated cooperation between the visiting CP team and the domestic protection element during the visit of the new Hungarian Prime Minister to Poland.

The synchronization, position taking and positional changes while maintaining the protective procedure appear very clean and professionally executed.

It should be noted that the footage is limited, edited and shortened for the purpose of this reel, meaning not all team members are visible on screen at all times. CP officers also remained in their positions longer than shown in the final edit.

For the overall delegation security, movement coordination and official visit procedures in Poland, responsibility belongs to the Polish SOP (SΕ‚uΕΌba Ochrony PaΕ„stwa), while the personal protection of the Hungarian Prime Minister is handled by the Hungarian TEK (Counter Terrorism Centre / TerrorelhΓ‘rΓ­tΓ‘si KΓΆzpont) protective detail.
