Here’s a look at our screening at in Utrecht, with Borsjtsj soup and Varenyky (dumplings) made by Ukrainian top chef and collegues.

Building on the successful impact program of My Father, Nour and I, we are now developing a new training program with .company Arnhem and 🙌

We believe integration does not mean forgetting your own values. Newcomers are not meant to become ‘completely Dutch’ - they bring valuable diversity to society. Many want to engage but face mental barriers holding them back.

The program provides practical tools through NLP techniques, personal leadership, and coaching. Participants learn to overcome obstacles while rebuilding self-worth, creating a foundation for meaningful participation. They also become mentors within their communities, supporting others facing similar challenges.

💚Our pilot with 12 newcomers showed promising results. We are now developing the next phase. Is your organization interested in contributing?

Het leven en de film vallen als vanzelfsprekend samen in Floris-Jan van Luyns nieuwe documentaire ‘Wat het Is’. Maar dat vraagt ook een hoop improviseren: Terwijl Floris-Jan en zijn vrouw Bettina hun huis rolstoel toegankelijk maken - een verbouwing van maanden - filmen ze verder tussen de rommel.

💙This month we launch the impact tour for All Is Well, the new documentary by award-winning filmmakers Petra Lataster-Czisch and Peter Lataster.

How do you start over when you’ve had to leave everything behind? All Is Well follows three Ukrainian women - Natascha, Svitlana, and Zoia - in the shelter in Weesp.

It is a film about resilience and connection. Natascha, Svitlana and Zoia wrestle with the war in their homeland and the loss of their families. But they find comfort in the kitchen of their reception centre. The film is a monument for hope and shows the resilience of Ukrainian displaced people.

With the All Is Well impact tour, we bring Ukrainian women together and create moments of connection for Ukrainians accross the country with their neighbors. Through screenings and moderated conversations, we create space to build bridges and foster understanding.

In partnership with we’ve trained six moderators: , Nataliia, Pasha, Kostiantyn, Slava, and Svetlana – who will lead these conversations. Thanks to , .nl , and .klarenbeek from UP! for their support in making this happen.

Our documentary Writing Hawa had an amazing premiere at IDFA last month, winning the FIPRESCI Award (the film critics’ prize) and securing fourth place in the Audience Favorites. But now, the real impact begins.

This film is more than Hawa’s story, it is the story of many Afghan girls and women. That’s why, wherever the film travels, we create intimate gatherings where Afghan diaspora share a meal, watch the film, and talk about how to come into action for girls and women in Afghanistan.

These conversations are led by trained Afghan moderators, and we collaborate with Afghan organizations in each country to connect and strengthen their communities.

We’ll kick off this initiative in the Netherlands starting January 2025 and expand to other parts of the world from there.


We also believe it’s essential to spark global conversations about women’s rights in Afghanistan. To do this, we’re organizing special screenings for decision-makers around the world.
