£6,000 a month before I’ve sold a single thing. That’s what it costs now just to get the lights on bills, salaries, the lot. And I’m at a crossroads again: another 550 square feet, another £1,000 a month in rent, because we’re getting two or three pallets a week and losing hours just moving boxes to make room. Five years ago this was a hobby. Now it pays for my family’s livelihood and my employees’ too. The expenses keep growing. So does the bottom line. That’s the deal. Any questions, feel free to DM me.

So I'm at a crossroads yet again where the business is growing too fast, which means unfortunately I need to start thinking about paying for a large space in order to help the business grow. I guess that's the problem. We're trying to hit 1 million in revenue, trying to grow the business in a way where you create even more freedom for me and my family for the future

Part of the issue when it comes to selling on Amazon, unfortunately, is the fact that we also get returns. A lot of the time you're not able to even sell it on eBay and so therefore you end up taking the hit. This is why I don't do as much arbitrage anymore and this is the main reason as to why I never go into selling expensive electronic items on Amazon. It gives you a very nice revenue but when you get that return it is a massive hit

Guy got scammed twice , who in their right mind pays this for shoes to begin with and secondly thought it was a good idea to sell on Vinted also . Sucks for him on both accounts . Selling such an expensive item on a free platform tho is insane

That’s £4,500 to £5,000 a month. And I’ve never been more profitable.

Here’s the thing nobody tells you 👇

For years I treated ad spend like a cost to minimise. Keep it low, protect the margin, stay safe. I was stuck at £150 profit a day and it felt like a ceiling.

Then I changed the question.

Instead of “how do I spend less?” I asked “how do I make the bottom line BIGGER?”

I am now advertising 60 to 70 SKUs. Daily profit went from £150… to £300… to £400. AFTER advertising.

Spend went up. Profit went up more.

And it’s August. We’re not even in Q4 yet 📈

The lesson isn’t “spend more on ads.” It’s this:

Judge every decision by ONE number. Profit after advertising.

Not revenue (vanity). Not ACOS on its own (a pretty ACOS on tiny spend leaves money on the table).

The bottom line. If a decision makes it bigger, it’s a good decision. If it makes it smaller, it isn’t.

Still scary spending £220 a day? Honestly, yes. But scary and wrong are not the same thing 💪

3 red flags to spot BEFORE you pay for mentoring 🚩

I’ve seen too many people burned by this, so watch out for these:

1️⃣ Time limits. “You get 12 weeks of access.” Your business doesn’t grow on their schedule. Real mentoring meets you where you are.

2️⃣ You pay for THEM, but you get their team. You signed up because of the person on the sales call. Then someone you’ve never heard of turns up to the sessions. Ask directly: who will I actually be speaking to?

3️⃣ Vague deliverables. “Access to the community” is not mentoring. If you can’t get a clear answer on what you actually get, that’s your answer.

The worst one? Paying thousands and ending up stuck in a group chat. No one to one calls, no accountability, no one looking at YOUR business.

Group chats don’t grow businesses. Proper one to one time does.

I don’t understand how people think a cold dm will work in any kind of scenario . Especially when they haven’t even bothered to check on what I do . My mentoring isn’t the main income out of choice I love being able to spend time with people that have trusted me and I work every day to repay that trust
