Over the course of the last year at Feadship I've had minimum-time to focus on my creative career.

But tides have changed as I recently started to consult to a club of Yacht Expedition Specialists in Londen - called PelorusX, next to my full-time shipyard career. Back to my yacht expedition roots one could say, 2013.

The coming months I'll take you on a digital journey to the world's most remote places by yacht, on activities you would have never imagined possible. I want to inspire you to explore!

SAILING USA - Day 7&8

Oak Bluff - Atlantic Ocean

21(!😍) knots of wind was the best birthdaygift to get yesterday, thrusting us forward to last nights destination, Oak Bluff 🍁

Keshia and Cindy (the other captains) spoiled me with a birthday cake, love, a beautiful diner, 4th of july glitters and first row fireworkshow seats (read: we took the dingie out on the ocean to have a 360degrees view), after which we fell asleep like babies..

And now where back out on the ocean, surrounded by mist and ferries blowing their horns that we can’t see, just hear.., heading for New York City!

SAILING USA - Day 5&6

Nantucket ~ Hamptons style 👙⛱🐳

No wind, means no sailing... so we’ve been stuck on Nantucket Island the last two days, better known as the Massachusets Hamptons 😍 life could be worse!..

With a few acquaintances joining the ship we explored the beaches of the island, visited local breweries, swam until we sunk and enjoyed long hot summer nights..

And now we’re finally sailing out, the wind being the best birthday gift i could get.., to anchor somewhere 7 hours off and celebrate independence day 🇺🇸🎉

SAILING USA - Day 3&4

Cuttyhunk Harbor - Martha’s Vinyard - Nantucket

Whoever says 2 captains is 1 too many, we believe 3 is just a perfect number....

Sailing, swimming, chilling, cocktail shaking and getting local delicacies in the pitoresque fishing villages we pass by is all we do, and that is just enough ✨

Moored in the harbor of Nantucket island we’re tonight planning our itinerary ahead, figuring out where the best parties are held on July 4!

New York - Rhode Island - Cuttyhunk Harbor

Our next sailing adventure had started, this time exploring the US coastline around Nantucket and Martha’s Vinyard, captaining a beautiful Beneteau. It’s hot, the wind is ‘on’, and the islands offers plenty of fun harbors to explore... especially in the 4th of july holiday week! 🎉 the game is on! 🔥☀️⛵️

It's been a hectic 5 months since I've joined the Feadship Sales family, so it's about time to start feeding my MaritimeIQ fb wall again.

How better to do that than with yesterday's news..., when our Makkum Shipyard facility launched our biggest yacht built to date!
