Creative Knights was a blast šŸ’„ šŸŽØ

We welcomed Willie Torres, CGI and VFX Creative Director, who shared his insights on the latest AI tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Viscom, and his personal workflows. He also showcased a few projects, including turning 2D photos into 3D models in record time.

Key takeaway: AI isnā€™t replacing craftsmanship; itā€™s enhancing it. By eliminating grunt work, it lets artists focus more on vision and less on tedious tasks.

The future of creativity isnā€™t about AI replacing humans; itā€™s about artists becoming skilled collaborators wielding these intelligent tools.

We can officially say that we are the problem-solving, dragon-slaying, mural-painting motion studio. šŸ–Œ It took us many brushes and a lot of paint, a few problems here and there solved by tape, rubber and ruler, and yes, we slayed 2 dragons and everything around them to create these murals. šŸ‰ They surely add a lot of colour to our office and to our everyday life here. šŸŖ…

This month we are excited to sit down with one of our industryā€™s most talented creatives, gone Agency owner - Japie Stoppelenburg. Japie founded his own agency Truus, less than 3 years ago and has already grown his team of creative misfits to nearly 40 people, working for clients like Netflix and KFC.

We will be diving into his experience going from working for a big agency, to being the man in charge. What does this entail and what should people avoid, IF they are crazy enough to embark on the journey as a Studio or Agency owner.
