Strictly Come Dancing 's Gemma Atkinson has revealed that she's gained a stone in weight since joining the show.

While most stars say that they shed pounds thanks to their training, it seems to have gone the opposite way for poor Gemma.

But her dance partner Aljaz Skorjanec defended her, saying that she's gained weight because she's gained so much muscle.

Appearing on Lorraine yesterday, she chatted to the host about her stint on the show.

Lorraine told Gemma she is the "only person" in Strictly history to gain weight during the show.
