For this week’s edition we are happy to feature Astrover, Ben Parkin, hailing from London. Astrover is an up-and-coming artist who yields the skill to present a variety of intricate sounds and sequences. Despite his young age of 20 years, he pushes a deft touch of rhythms and has already released two solid tracks to date.

Originally from Manchester, he immersed himself in different musical facets and sets out with intent to demonstrate this through his works. In this mix, hypnotic textures are mixed with dazzling, resonant pulses. A piece of fine art with blissful, atmospheric techno. Enjoy.

Partly shaped by a decade-long residency for Institut für Zukunft, all experience that comes with the feat has now manifested into appearing all around Berlin & beyond. In her mix for Forsvarlig she shares her deep affinity for the trippy and energising sounds we all admire dearly.

For the series’ latest addition we’re happy to share a hypnotic journey by Phonolis, aka Keith Craig, hailing from California.

Actively contributing to the electronic music scene since the late 90s, Phonolis evolved from spinning indie disco in 80s-styled nightclubs to delivering deep, atmospheric techno. His musical odyssey, shaped by experiences in nightlife capitals like Detroit and Berlin, took a decisive turn in 2020 when he fully embraced the more psychedelic realms of techno.

In recent times, his passion for the genre resulted in the launch of liquidtechno.io, a collection of plenty good stuff fitting the ever-expanding digital space. In this mix, Phonolis demonstrates his ability to propel forward thinking rhythms and textures to enjoy.

In the series’ latest we’re happy to have Amsterdam-based WEES with us.

While sourcing inspiration and mental consciousness from electronic music, WEES aims to continuously explore and discover hedonism lying beneath the frequencies. A way to also physically surrender to sound and give reign to its effects on the state of being overall.

The mix he’s prepared for the series radiates psychedelic influences and gritty textures throughout.

Summer is in full swing, and in this episode, we're excited to feature Alderaan, a talented DJ and producer hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Alderaan has been a engaged in the techno and ambient music scene for more than a decade where he released his first EP back in 2014 on the Planet Rhythm label. Over the years, he has established himself as a prominent figure in Argentina's electronic music landscape, performing at some of the country's top venues.

In this curated mix, Alderaan takes a more abstract approach, stepping away from his usual style. He mentioned how much he enjoyed putting this mix together, and we believe you'll feel that energy too. Enjoy.

Seoul-based Hogun presents us with an enticing recording this week, with a diverse, wide-range of sounds.

Hogun is an experienced DJ and event organizer, and during the year of 2022 found the club Atdge in the buzzing Seoul neighbourhood of Itaewon. Also, he curates the podcast series renowned Underground Electronic Music Tread.

He seamlessly melts existence, fiction, and fantasy on the dance floor, playing a role in guiding the audience to mechanical and explosive pleasure. All his sets are vinyl-only, and his skills can adapt to various settings. So please be sure to ready your mind for some energetic delight.

Happy New Year dear listeners! This week, we’re thrilled to have John Plaza behind the decks. Originally from Chile, John is now based in Barcelona and is the owner of .

His unique sound features minimalist percussions, continuous atmospheres, and breakbeat rhythms, which create a distinct blend providing mental travel and movement. Previously he has released on labels such as The Gods Planet, Annulled, and KVLTÖ Records, thoroughly showcasing his versatility. His tracks have received remixes from artists such as Joaquín Ruiz and Svarog, and have gained support from Claudio PRC, Ness, and DVS1.

Currently, he’s making waves in the Spanish scene and is set to elevate his work through more collaborations with artists, labels, and radio shows.
