For us, A&R starts in the club. On packed dance floors, in small rooms, at afters and in those moments when you hear a record and instantly know it has something special.
We’re looking for someone based in LA who lives and breathes electronic music. Someone with strong instincts, deep roots in club culture and a proven ability to spot records and artists with real potential before everyone else does.
This is about more than finding the next track. It’s about building genuine relationships with artists, understanding their vision and helping shape music that can move a room, a scene and eventually the world.
