Surprise! We’ve got brand new guest mix for you! 🌳

After his huge latest single ‘There For You’ in collaboration with , we invite our second guest, label resident and Sekora A&R, as he brings us a special melodic mix of his self-released tracks with some current favourites sprinkled in between.

- What initially drew you to electronic music?

I was drawn to electronic music during the big wave of its rise in Europe, especially in Sweden around the 2010’s. Artists like Avicii and Swedish House Mafia were emerging at the time, and it felt like something completely new was happening. The combination of emotional melodies, powerful basslines, and the growing festival culture (with events like Tomorrowland and Ultra) was incredibly inspiring. That period was when electronic music really peaked for me, and it’s also what pushed me to start producing music myself as production became more and more accessible.

In the words of the artists: “To have faith, to ‘hold on’ and to trust that things will get better. In the midst of feeling like you’re sinking and can’t get out of the hard time you’re going through, ‘Sinking Deep’ tells a story to believe that this too shall pass and that God will guide you out of the depths you feel that you’re in. Sometimes you feel like you’re buried, but in fact you are planted and in the process of growing and blossoming.

Looking back on a fantastic list of releases on Sekora this year, let’s take a quick look back and highlight our latest releases from this past month.

With the last release of the year, is back again with another organic groover, as he partners up with the beautiful vocals of his newly wedded wife in their latest single, ‘Keystone’.

Alongside this, we welcomed South African vocalist .storm to the Sekora fam as she graced ’s latest single ‘Wild Side’ with a hauntingly beautiful vocal feature, as well as a brand new melodic single from label mainstay with vocals from in ‘Drowning’.
