Milla303 // On Acid 033

This time we’re heading straight to the Helsinki Underground with Milla303. A true acid head and 100% acid DJ, Milla has been behind the decks since 2018, bringing serious 303 energy to the local scene through Kosmos Festival, Platypus Trax and KOVA Sound.

For this mix, she went for a fast, fresh and seriously acidic selection, moving between groovy and melodic 303s while gradually building the energy from start to finish. No detours, no distraction, just pure acid pressure!

Turn it up for On Acid 033!

“It was love at first sight: I was on a train looking for new music on YouTube, and came across Acid Resistance 001. For me, acid sounded like a crazy electric guitar that gave techno the edge that made me love it. Ever since I played 100% acid sets, even though I first thought this might be too much, yet still kept doing it, and it became my style as a DJ. There are so many different types of great acid music that makes up most interesting DJ sets. It never becomes boring, but vice versa. I love the sound (pörinä or kolkki as we say in Finnish) and it just makes every track so much better. And I love the culture and people. People wearing smileys, and 303s and yellow. The open-mindedness and acceptance. I always feel connected to those who share this passion.”

Everyone On Acid Volume 11 is on its way, and it needs crazy, trippy artwork! 26th of June is there!

For the second time in our VA compilation series, we have asked the great designer .huisinga to go wild again with his interpretation of undersea acid!

Nawwin:
“For the artwork of Everyone On Acid Volume 11, I drew inspiration from an underwater world where psychedelic energy meets organic marine life. The illustration features funky, spacey, acid-inspired sea creatures. If everyone’s on acid, then so are the critters on the bottom of the sea. Through vibrant colors and fluid shapes, I wanted to create a visual reflection of the hypnotic, playful, and exploratory spirit of the music.“

TWANK // On Acid 030

TWANK joins On Acid! With a background from the conservatory in vocals and piano, TWANK brings a strong musical foundation into his current sound: high-energy, driving acid techno built for the dancefloor.

After diving deep into the underground rave scene, he developed a sharp and intense style—where powerful progression meets raw energy. His sets seamlessly blend carefully selected tracks with his own unreleased productions, creating a relentless flow from start to finish.

With a growing arsenal of music and an upcoming release on Everyone On Acid, he’s steadily carving out his place in the scene. He’ll also be releasing the closing track of his On Acid 030 set on EOA Vol. 11.

“Acid, to me, is raw and hypnotic, a sound that lets you close your eyes, hands in the air, and lose yourself completely. It’s future-proof: fast, energetic, and always back to the core. It defines most of the choices I make, and there’s never a set without it.”
