$10,000 might get you a 3-wheeled electric car in 2019.
Sondors, a crowdfunded auto startup, is looking to shake up the scene at the LA Auto Show with a three-wheel design that could give short-distance commuters a low-cost alternative to pricier (but rangier) electric vehicles. The design immediately catches the eye, and the price will too: the company says the car should cost about $10,000 once it hits the market.

Huawei's new flagship phones, the Mate 10 and the Mate 10 Pro, are like a typical Hollywood blockbuster — polished in all areas, but entirely void of originality.

This has always been the case for Huawei, which is still struggling to get significant traction in the U.S. despite being the world's second-largest smartphone manufacturer. I've given up waiting for Huawei to wow me; instead, I'd like to see the company produce a phone that's really, really good at everything.

The Grammy award nominations were announced Tuesday morning and, as expected, both Jay-Z and Kendrick Lamar made strong showings in the major categories.

Jay-Z leads with eight nominations total, including nods for album of the year, record of the year, song of the year and best rap album.Kendrick Lamar follows with seven.
SZA is 2018's most Grammy-nominated woman with five nods, Billboard notes.

Japan has announced plans to send an astronaut to the Moon by 2030, as part of a new strategy for space travel in the country.

If successful, the mission would be the first time the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) has sent a human being further than the International Space Station (ISS).

The ambitious plan depends on future involvement in a new space station set to be installed in the Moon's orbit.
