• Scripture: “Is not this the fast that I have chosen: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, to let the oppressed go free?” - Isaiah 58:6 (NKJV)

• Devotional:
Fasting invites and activates spiritual renewal and revival in your heart. It’s not just about abstaining from food or starving your flesh, but it is about feeding your spirit, breaking yokes, releasing chains, easing burdens, and ministering to others.

God desires a fast that transforms you internally and outwardly - leading to justice, mercy, and freedom.

Listen: Allow your fast to be a time of cleansing, healing, transfiguration and a renewed passion to serve others in love.

• Scripture: “But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that you do not appear to men to be fasting, but to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.” - Matthew 6:17-18 (NKJV)

• Devotional:
Fasting is a powerful spiritual discipline that unlocks divine favor and breakthrough. Jesus taught us to fast not to gain human approval, but to deepen intimacy with God.

When you fast, you humble your flesh and sharpen your spirit. Fasting clears distractions and heightens your sensitivity to God’s voice. It is a secret weapon in spiritual warfare, aligning your heart with God’s purposes.
