The Tribute to the Ancestors Collective is holding the 5th edition of the event that pays homage to our timeless ancestors who were victims of the Transatlantic Human Trade.
For this occasion we are organizing an event that will take place on June 23rd, at 4:00 pm, in Lisbon, Portugal. The Tribute to the Ancestors event is a non-profit initiative.
The 2024 edition marks 580 years since the beginning of this tragic chapter of humanity.
To honor the memory of our ancestors, we will hold two events: a ceremony on the river on June 23rd and a Conversation with Dr. Ifetayo Ojelade (Atlanta, Georgia, USA) on June 24th.
In order for us to realize this tribute, we need the contribution of everyone who feels connected to the cause.
