Dunkin' Donuts will sell holiday cookie-flavored doughnuts this year.After we've had our fill of pumpkin pie, post-Thanksgiving desserts (or full meals, tbh) consist mainly of colorful, iced holiday cookies.

But while this is good news for your sugar-cookie baking grandma, this is bad news for anyone trying to sell you on literally any other dessert. Still, Dunkin' Donuts has discovered a loophole: holiday cookie doughnuts.
The coffee retailer announced this week that they'll offer a selection of cookie-flavored doughnuts this holiday season.

Per a press release, its sugar cookie doughnut features a cookie dough-flavored cream filling, while its gingerbread doughnut features caramel frosting. Both are topped with cookie crumbles.

Three new films are planned to add to the Star Wars universe, it has been confirmed.

The films will expand the universe outside of the Skywalker saga - and will introduce a slew of new characters.

They will be created by Rian Johnson, who is behind the upcoming new instalment The Last Jedi, the saga's eighth film due for release in December.

Johnson's regular collaborator Ram Bergman will produce the films.

So if you impress him, you've done something right. And boy, did Stranger Things 2 impress Stephen King.
Looks like someone just binged the hell out of Eleven and the Hawkins crew on Netflix. And he wasn't scared of the Stranger Things haters, either.
We should all be so lucky as to have Stephen King call our creation "no bu****it, balls to the wall entertainment." He probably can't wait until Season 3 either.

American Music Awards 2017: Sam Hunt, Little Big Town, Gucci Mane among nominees.

Nominees for the 2017 American Music Awards were announced today, and four acts with Alabama ties are on the list.

Sam Hunt received two nominations, for Favorite Male Artist -- Country and Favorite Song -- Country, for "Body Like a Back Road." Hunt, 32, is a country-pop singer-songwriter and a former quarterback for the University of Alabama at Birmingham Blazers. He recently performed a free concert in Birmingham for about 25,000 fans, celebrating the return of UAB football.
