Panettownie is an exclusive creation by Brownies da Lucy, combining traditional Panettone dough with our signature brownie batter. The result is a rustic and irresistible treat, featuring layers of bread and chocolate both inside and out.

To elevate the experience, the dough is enriched with chocolate chips and candied orange pieces. The big ones (500g) is filled with one of the following creams: Brigadeiro, Dulce de Leche or Pistachio Cream

Dulce de leche is one of the most wanted ingredients in my kitchen, and I couldn’t miss it in my Easter Collection.
This year the dulce de leche is present in our Banoffee Easter egg: milk chocolate filled with marshmallow, banana compote, DULCE DE LECHE and a crumble with cashews.

This year, in combination with a very unique chocolate—Ruby chocolate—allow me to introduce you to our Ruby Pistachio: A Ruby chocolate shell filled with pistachio cream, raspberry pâte de fruit, and pistachio nuts.
One of my favorites (I love pistachio!).

You guys like so much fresh fruits that I gave a new try with grapes. This egg is filled with 3 layers: milk cream brigadeiro, fresh green grapes with jam and vanilla ganache. No words needed!

Alfajorcito de maizena is a South American treat, consisting of two cornstarch-based cookies sandwiched together with dulce de leche, and often coated in chocolate or powdered sugar. In our version, it’s coated with coconut rasps or milk powder.
It’s a delicious treat by the coffee, believe me!
