MullenLoweMENA wins the Cannes Silver Lion award for UAE's promotional campaign in which NuFormers new Sky Projection technology was used to visualize the two Mars moons high up in the sky above the Dubai Desert.

Sky Projection: video, 3D animations and images finally visible high up in the sky!

With this brand new technology, invented by NuFormer, it is finally possible to visualize video, 3D animations, graphics, and text in the sky. Due to the large size, the content is well visible from a large distance and from multiple sides for many people on the ground.

This video shows highlights of our Sky Projection in Holland, Super Bowl Miami, NASCAR Arizona (together with our US partner, bluemedia) & Dubai.

In the first days of February NuFormer performed another Sky Projection (together with Group partner Creative Factory Global) in Dubai, exposing the two moons that orbit the planet Mars. The projection was part of an impressive campaign, ordered by the UAE government, that highlighted the first UAE space program and the arrival of its probe at the planet on the 9th of February. Shortly after the moons appeared high up in the sky, there were publications about the event by Esquire, Cosmopolitan, Lovin Dubai, and the Khaleej Times. Find links below 👇

Sky Projection: NASCAR 2020

Together with our US partner bluemedia, another Sky Projection was performed at the Desert Diamond Casino West Valley in Phoenix, Arizona for the Nascar Championship Weekend (Phoenix Raceway).

The projected animations were 50 m / 160 ft wide and visible from the highway!

The Amazon Fashion Studio in Tokyo was the location where one of the episodes has been filmed for the popular fashion series MAKING THE CUT, presented by Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn. Here NuFormer performed a stunning video projection mapping.

The decor where the models were filmed, showing the creations of the competing designers, was a specific stairwell inside the building. The sides of this stairwell formed the canvas of NuFormer's projection mapping, turning the stairs into a digital environment with six different themes for the designers to choose from.

The full MAKING THE CUT episode as well as the complete series are broadcasted first on Amazon Prime, followed later by multiple fashion channels worldwide.

In July 2019 NuFormer performed a fascinating 3D video mapping in the Amazon Fashion Studio in Tokyo. The projected content was the decor of the film set where the second episode of 'Making The Cut' was shot. This popular TV show, presented by Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn, is a competition between fashion designers in Paris, Tokyo, and New York.

The episode that was recorded in Tokyo and which includes NuFormer's video projection mapping will be broadcasted on Friday the 10th of April on Amazon Prime. The link to that episode will be shared once available. For a sneak preview, we invite you to watch the trailer here:
