The launch of our magazine is just around the corner—April 16th! To celebrate, we’re hosting a special film screening featuring two incredible short films.

We’re thrilled to collaborate with AFFR, the world’s largest film festival dedicated to architecture and the city. Special thanks to Cristina Ampatzidou (AFFR Head of Programming & former Atlantis editor) for making this connection possible!

✨ What a night to remember! ✨

Last Wednesday, November 27, we launched the latest issue of our magazine with an inspiring evening full of learning and connection.

We started with a powerful movie about migrant workers in the Netherlands—a touching and eye-opening film that deepened our understanding of their experiences.

Afterward, we gathered at the orange stairs for an inspiring panel discussion, moderated by Juliana Goncalves. Our five contributing authors, diversity officer Caroline Newton, and filmmaker Renzo Sgolacchia shared their own positionalities and opened up about pressing topics like power dynamics, diversity, safety, identities, and intersectionality—key themes reflected in the magazine itself.

The discussion was raw, vulnerable, and deeply impactful, leaving all of us with new insights and a lot to think about. 💭

We are ready for the launch of our latest Atlantis issue! Are you?✨

Join us on November 27 for the Atlantis issue #35.1 launch, an evening exploring “Identities - Perspectives of Privilege and Discrimination” along with a film screening and panel discussion.

The program is the following:
🎬 Film Screening: “Living Labour” at 16:30, Hall K (under the orange stairs in Oostserre)

Immediately after the screening, we’ll launch the latest Atlantis issue, followed by a panel discussion. Engage with some contributors as they elaborate on their perspectives on identity, privilege, and equity.
