May was a blur of many events & good times, reaching my first Beatport top100 spot with “Getting There” and a lot of work on my next EP (more info soon). Check slide 2 for a vibe check on the title track “Movement”.

Left the home studio for a walk and found out the hard way the sensitivity temperature in my city is like 11°C 💀 Typical situation of being that one guy in shorts just because the sun is shining 😂

For the producers here:
My tip for keeping your ears fresh while making music, is to check out your tracks in a different context.

Export the audio, upload to a private SoundCloud, and listen to the track while walking/at the gym/in the car or whatever. Any other context than your studio will help you hear the things you need to adjust or add. Make notes and then go back to work.

With this method you also get some daylight and movement, while still being productive. Combine it with running an errand and you even win some time.

One of my goals this year was having a track reaching the charts — “Getting There” entered the Latest Releases: Melodic House & Techno charts at #51! Humble beginnings but for a track released through my own label without marketing budgets etc — this means a lot.

Massive thanks to everyone who supported it already 🙏🏼 Also super grateful for the artists, coaches and creatives who have been helping out these recent months. It’s a marathon that’s best run in good company 💪🏼
