How to do border-radius in 3DVista

Learn how to do only top left and top right border radius in .Or how to apply border radius on an image which sounds obvious, but actually isn't that...

It's not easy desiging a good looking modal in 3dvista when border radius is not an option for images 😭

As I am building 360Crafter, I keep doing some side projects in 3dvista. But man.. This is just basic stuff still missing in October 2025 😲 For software that's priced at €499 per user 😂

Looking forward doing these projects in 360Crafter 😁 Beside having border radius in all the available components, there's even border radius TOP RIGHT and border radius TOP LEFT. Not just all the sides... 😂

I know.. Innovation to the max 😎

Quite a bill. Paying $5k yearly to $195k yearly or else..Guess where this business moved to?

Guess where this business moved to?

Slack just tried to extort a non-profit into paying them another $200,000 dollars a year. This has to stop.Thank you Depot for sponsoring! Check them out at:...

Clippy!!

You might’ve noticed a familiar face popping up in profile pictures lately: Clippy, the old Microsoft Office paperclip.

Here’s why it’s become a symbol for anti-Big Tech sentiment:

It started when right-to-repair advocate Louis Rossmann suggested people change their profile pics to Clippy as a form of protest.

Why Clippy? Because it represents a version of tech we’ve lost:

✅ It never tracked your actions to sell your data
✅ It never locked you out of your own tools
✅ It never pushed endless subscriptions

It simply helped… and got out of the way.

Today, much of our tech does the opposite: it collects data without consent, keeps us dependent, and turns features we once owned into “rental” services.

The Clippy movement is a visible way for people to say: “We want tech that works for us, not against us.”

Real change comes when we choose and build services that:

- Respect privacy by design
- Have transparent, sustainable business models
- Give people control over their own data and devices

It’s encouraging to see more people speaking out. The internet doesn’t have to be built on surveillance - it can work for the people who use it.

Most people don't like to figure out compression. It's now built-in and it will select the compressed file by default, while still having the ability to switch back to the original file if you choose to.

Compression makes sure everything keeps loading fast, especially when tours are going to be published to the internet to be viewed by thousands of people. Smaller total file sizes has huge amount of benefits. Beside faster loading times, lower bills for storage, lower bills for bandwidth, faster to publish and just generally speaking a much faster workflow.

This sample is compressing a 12.000 x 6.000 resolution panorama from 12.32mb to 3.90mb automatically as you upload a new panorama into 360Crafter automatically.

Another sample compresses 12.000 x 6.000 resolution panorama from 41.16mb to 2.83mb 🤯

It will still require more eyes from skilled photographers to double check the compressed quality. But from what I see, there's very little loss 🤩

And all of this without splitting up the panorama file into 100+ small files. It's just one single compressed file. Nice and fast for FTP uploads 😎
