What should have been a simple trip home with ended with our suitcase falling from the overhead luggage rack and crushing my laptop. Thankfully, no one was hurt, that’s what matters most. Eurostar, I’m sharing this as a reminder to improve luggage safety and encourage passengers to be extra aware of what’s stored above them.
