Micro ritual for today: Choose one tiny preference you will honor — a song you secretly love, a breakfast you enjoy, a simple outfit — and do it intentionally. Write one sentence about how it felt. Repeat for three days.

Should You Stay in Your Relationship? — 5 Questions You Must Ask

Trying to decide whether to stay or walk away is one of the hardest choices. These five questions cut through the noise:

1️⃣ Would you be proud to mirror your partner?
2️⃣ Are you truly fulfilled, or just less lonely?
3️⃣ Can you show up unapologetically as yourself?
4️⃣ Are you growing, or molding to please them?
5️⃣ Would you want your future child to date them?

Answer with brutal honesty. If you’re choosing because you’re terrified of being alone, that’s a sign. If you can’t be yourself, that’s a sign. If you’d be proud to model them, that’s rare and valuable.
