“If I’ve learned one thing in my life it is that my fathers focus and anger towards politicians and the establishment when I was a child in the 70’s destroyed a lot of my personal happiness and participated in creating a fearfull traumatic childhood experience that put me in a cocoon paralyzing my ability to learn to spread my wings F.irst L.ove Y.ourself” (soul, not ego)

Don’t get me wrong I love and honor my father and I know he loved me regardless of his limitations as I love my children regardless of the limitations I’ve had to (and still) work hard for to break through.

But this was an important lesson for me personally a lesson in which we can find steps to creating a more beautiful more peaceful world together

We must learn to enjoy and share a focus on the simple things in life all over again,
we must teach our children how to see the beauty around us for In the simple things lay hidden the greatest treasures that will ever be.

let’s call it global depression prevention

Amid life's rush, let's find delight,
In simplest things, a precious sight.
A gentle breeze, a morning's ray,
Hold treasures bright, to light our way.

No need for grandeur, opulent gold,
In quiet moments, our hearts unfold.
Nature's whispers, laughter's gleam,
Life's true treasures, a tranquil dream.

*Healing and finding joy in life again are mostly an inside job you don’t have to see it to believe it but you must believe it to be able to see it

WE ARE THE CREATOR
OR THE DESTROYER
And what we focus on will grow
Put the spotlight on the beauty of this world keep pointing at it be the change we wish to see
and a beautiful future shall be built by our little angels who will be reminded them how to F.L.Y
On the wings of their soul.

But I know
I can only attempt to inspire you to make your life a little better by sharing my stories with you.
I do it because I’m certain that what we focus on will grow, mostly inside our minds, grow flowers grow weeds it is all a matter of choice but remember that what we sow we reap.

No need to be blind to what’s going on in the uncivilization but definitely stay focussed on growing a healthy mindgarden amidst it all and I’m just doing my best to help you all just a little sharong my moments to create innerpeace

Innerpeace is the portal to worldpeace
Everything will unfold the way it is supposed to unfold keep shining a light on what helps you create your innerpeace and put a spotlight on those who choose to do good in the world it will make transitioning out of our cocoon a lot easier.
