For more than four decades, Jรผrg Hofmann has been the driving force of Hofmann Nutrition AG, which is now being successfully operated by his son Alexander. The speciality of the company is high value concentrates of micronutrients, which are specifically combined depending on the type of animal and market requirements. Additionally, Hofmann has his own Holstein breeding program which delivers up to three bulls to AI studs every year. In Novemberโ€™s HI, it was already indicated, and now it has happened: ๐€๐ฅ๐ฆ๐š๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐›๐ž has passed the milestone of 200,000 kg/440,000 lb milk! The twenty-year-old EX-96 James daughter from the herd of Jean-Bernard Girard is thus the first 200,000 kg cow from France and the 48th worldwide!
