Yess it’s friday! Today we have Conflux Festival taking over the decks, starting strong with Animistic Beliefs at 17:00! 🔗

Conflux is a festival exploring multisensory encounters, urgent ideas, contemporary art, and experimental music. From 24 to 27 September 2026, Conflux will once again take over various venues across the city of Rotterdam.

This year, Conflux Festival turns to Tactics for Cultural Resistance, a theme that focuses on how art can open new spaces for imagination, experimentation, and enduring agency within today’s technological and (geo)political conditions.

A little throwback to Circadian Rhythm, an audiovisual installation presented during Midzomernacht at the Hortus Botanicus in Leiden.

Set in the tropical greenhouse, Jannah took us on a journey through immersive ambient soundscapes while ar.strae created a visual world that moved with the rhythm of the evening.

Inspired by the inner structures of plants, the work slowly shifted from bright, living patterns into softer and darker textures, following the greenhouse from daylight into night.

Music: Jannah de Roos
Visuals: Liam
