Bought an awesome josephson.engineering - C705!!

The Josephson C705 is a no-nonsense studio mic with a precision 5-micron gold-metallized capsule and discrete FET circuit, delivering rich, detailed sound without harshness. Its rugged steel body, internally shockmounted capsule, and unique grille design minimize reflections for pure, uncolored performance.

I would say: New in the Hillroad Records mic locker! But it's already a permanent resident of the live room.

Used it on a couple of sessions already—instant great vocals, immediately perfectly mixable.

Meesterschap is vanzelfsprekend bij Hillroad Records. Daarom wordt er extra aandacht besteed aan het opnameproces en aan de creatieve dialoog. Producer Ruud Tijs daagt je uit om tijdens de samenwerking je eigen muziek tot in de kleinste details onder de loep te nemen. Over het algemeen verlaten muzikanten Hillroad Records dan ook een stuk wijzer dan dat ze aankwamen.

Ruud Tijs houdt zich niet alleen bezig met het technische aspect van produceren maar ook met het muzikale en sociale aspect ervan. Een productie bestaat namelijk uit meer dan microfoons aansluiten en liedjes spelen. Arrangement, compositie, dynamiek, intensiteit, houding, persoonlijkheid, emotie: Een goed en authentiek resultaat vraagt om meesterschap. Dat is precies wat Hillroad jou biedt.
