Meet Philippe ✨
"Hi there!
Nice to meet you, my name is Philippe and I’m from the Netherlands. I started working at the Mercedes-Benz CAC on April 1st of this year. Although it seems that I’m only here shortly that is not the case, I already experienced the CAC as an external. I enjoyed it so much that I applied for a job at the CAC.
What I love about my job as a project manager is that I’m able to see what everybody within the MB ecosystem is doing, all these different domains. It’s my goal to make sure that we are aligned and working together as a team so we can create value for our stakeholders and customers.
Something I learned while working at the CAC is how much I love speaking different languages. My mother’s family is from Sardinia in Italy and in the office I’m able to speak Italian (and English, German, French and Dutch). That’s another aspect I like about my job: the different cultures and languages I experience in my projects. Being able to speak multiple languages is a huge benefit to make sure we understand each other and have the same expectations.
It’s not only working hard, but there is also time to be social. So there’s always someone to grab a coffee with and at the end of the week we grab a drink at the FoF. Where all different departments meet, and we exchange all challenges and fun things we experience during the week.
