With his debut EP CUSTODIAN, Dutch producer PUTRU doesn’t ease in, he comes out swinging. Hard, raw, and aggressive: this is drum and bass in its most unforgiving form.
Where others chase finesse, PUTRU goes straight for impact. His sound hits like a freight train, razor-sharp drums, screaming basslines, and an energy that feels warped, unstable… welcome to THE MELTING REALMS. That intensity isn’t just studio trickery either. Outside the booth, PUTRU moves the same way: always pushing limits, never standing still. That mindset bleeds through every second of this release.
CUSTODIAN is more than just an EP, it’s the first deep dive into a world PUTRU is building from the ground up. A fractured reality where music becomes ritual, and chaos dances with order. Inspired by his own concept THE MELTING REALMS, this project introduces a universe where nothing is fixed, and everything can twist.
