IRAN THREATENS TO UNLEASH SLEEPER CELLS THROUGHOUT THE U.S.

So, Iran reportedly told President Trump a few days ago they might activate sleeper cells to hit the US if there’s a strike on their nuclear sites, according to NBC.

This message reached Trump during the G7 summit in Canada last week, which he left early because of the Iran situation — just days before US jets bombed Iran’s nuclear facilities Sunday morning.

Neither the White House nor Iran’s UN mission has commented on this report, which is based on unnamed US officials and someone familiar with the threat.

 Also for those who don’t know.. A sleeper cell is a group of operatives or agents who remain inactive (or "sleep") until activated by a higher authority or by their own decision to act. These individuals or groups are placed in a target location or organization to carry out specific missions, such as espionage, sabotage, or terrorism, at a later, unspecified time. They are essentially dormant assets that can be activated when the need arises.
