Maraming nagtatanong kung ano ba talaga itong THERAFEE Program ng DSWD. Para ba ito sa therapist o doctor? 🤔

👉 Ang sagot: HINDI PO.
Ang programang ito ay para sa mga kamag-anak o kapamilya na full-time na nag-aalaga sa kanilang mahal sa buhay na may matinding kapansanan o high support needs. 💙

⏳ 6 months validity lang pala ang Negative Certification 👀

📢😮 PSA ADVISORY: MAY “EXPIRY DATE” NA ANG NEGATIVE CERTIFICATION OF BIRTH!

Para sa mga kukuha o gagamit ng Negative Certification of Birth mula sa Philippine Statistics Authority — may important update po tayo 👀📄

Ito yung certification na nagpapatunay na walang existing birth record sa Civil Registry System (CRS) database ng PSA as of the date na na-issue siya.

Madalas itong requirement para sa:
📝 Delayed Registration of Birth
📝 at iba pang civil registry transactions

📌 ANG BAGONG RULE: Lahat ng Negative Certifications of Birth na ini-issue ng PSA ay valid na lang for SIX (6) MONTHS mula sa date of issuance. ⏳

Ibig sabihin… hindi na puwedeng itago sa long folder “for future use” nang pangmatagalan 😅📂

⚠️ Kapag lagpas 6 months na ang certification:
❌ Hindi na ito tatanggapin para sa:
• delayed registration of birth
• at iba pang civil registry transactions

❓ Bakit nilagyan ng validity? Ayon sa PSA, iba kasi ang purpose ng Negative Certification of Birth kumpara sa regular birth certificate.

Kahit na under Republic Act No. 11909 ay permanent valid na ang:
✔️ Certificate of Live Birth
✔️ Death Certificate
✔️ Marriage Certificate

👉 Hindi kasama rito ang Negative Certification of Birth dahil “time-sensitive” ang nature nito.

Meaning, ang certification ay base lang sa status ng records sa PSA database sa specific date kung kailan ito na-issue. Posible kasing after some time ay magkaroon na ng existing record.

Ayon din sa PSA, ang kawalan noon ng official validity period ay nagiging dahilan para magamit pa rin ang mga outdated certifications, na puwedeng magdulot ng:

⚠️ irregularities
⚠️ at issues sa civil registration processes

Kaya ginawa itong may 6-month validity para: ✅ mas accurate ang records
✅ maiwasan ang misuse
✅ at mapanatili ang integrity ng civil registry transactions

PhilHealth “Sponsored” (Indigent) Status: Active pa ba o Expired na? (Full Guide) 😅🏥

Maraming nalilito sa “Sponsored” status sa PhilHealth, kasi hindi ito tulad ng regular na nagbabayad na monthly clear ang hulog. Kung last mong nagamit ay 2021 pa or hindi ka sure kung active ka pa, eto na yung full guide na parang checklist + real talk 👇 (plus konting “uy bakit ganito life” energy 😆)

1. Ano ang ibig sabihin ng “Sponsored”? 🤔

Kapag “Sponsored” ang status mo sa PhilHealth, ibig sabihin:

👉 Binabayaran noon ng gobyerno ang premium mo (swerte phase ng life 😅💸)
👉 Puwedeng LGU, Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), or National Government ang sponsor
👉 Kadalasan ito ay para sa indigent members o kasama sa Listahanan (yung “pasok ka sa listahan, congrats… before 😭”)

✨ Catch:
Hindi ito forever 😭 (sad reality check)
Ang Sponsored coverage ng PhilHealth ay kadalasang subject to yearly validation at renewal ng LGU/DSWD, at madalas nagre-reset o nage-expire tuwing December 31.

Kapag hindi na-renew ng LGU/DSWD ang listing, possible na:

❌ naging inactive
❌ o hindi na updated ang record mo sa system (ghosted status vibes 👻📄)
