Simple celebration with my VIPs. 🧡

A day before my birthday, mabigat yung puso ko, parang ayoko na mag-celebrate tulad ng dati. Pero my husband reminded me na my birthday is still a blessing, another year of life, another chance to keep going.

Then I realized, I still have my VIPs. 🥺
My husband, my mom, my mother-in-law at syempre ang little boy namin na nagpumilit pang lumabas kami that night. 🧡

Hindi man kumpleto, pero sapat.
Kaya eto, a simple salubong with my VIPs, and a grateful heart. 🧡

Totoong kaibigan aren’t just there during the good times. 🤍

Sila yung kahit wala nang ingay, kahit wala ka na sa eksena… they still remember you. They still show up, even in the quiet moments. Hindi kailangan ng madalas na usap,pero ramdam mo na totoo.

Hindi nasusukat ang friendship sa tagal o sa dami ng memories, kundi sa lalim, sa consistency, sa malasakit, at sa pagpili sa’yo kahit hindi na madali.

Sa panahon ngayon, bihira na ang ganitong klase ng pagkakaibigan…

kaya kapag meron ka, ingatan mo. 🤍

April 15 started with a grateful heart.
Migising ku balamu normal day mu, then just thanking God through prayer, then went straight to my treadmill, simple start but full of appreciation. 🤍

Then this little, sweet birthday surprise popped out from my loving hubby. Ayihh! 😍

Simpli yamu, but it meant so much.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting anything na since sobrang busy tamu before this day and you know naman, medyo tight tamu din hahaha.
But still, you made an effort, and that’s what I appreciate the most.

Thank you, hubby, for always being consistent. For always having my back no matter what. You made my day extra special. 🤍🫶🏻

“Lagi kayo magkasama no?”

I hear this a lot, from friends, from family, from people around us.

Magkasama kami habang kasama barkada niya,
magkasama kami habang kasama barkada ko,
magkasama kami sa pamilya ko… at sa pamilya niya.

And honestly? Totoo naman. 😅🤭

Pero hindi lang ito dahil “lagi kaming magkasama.”
Pinipili namin ang isa’t isa, araw-araw. 😍
Sa gitna ng kanya-kanyang mundo, sa gitna ng trabaho, pagod, at responsibilidad…

we still choose to show up side by side.

Hindi dahil kailangan, kundi dahil gusto.
Kasi para sa amin, ang pagiging mag-asawa ay hindi lang “kasama sa bahay”, kundi kasama sa buhay.

And if people notice it, it only means one thing…

When I entered married life, hindi lang pala ako naging asawa at ina…
naging fangirl din ako. 🥹

Fangirl ng mag-ama ko.

Everyday, I find myself amazed, sa kung paano sila mag-bond, kung paano nila turuan ang isa’t isa, kung paano nila i-share yung mga kwento ng araw nila. At syempre, kung paano nila pagplanuhan kung paano nila ako aasarain. 😅🙄

Simple moments, pero yan talaga pinaka gusto ko sa everyday life ko 😍

This is why I’m so grateful to be a WFH mom, kasi nasasaksihan ko lahat ng ‘to.
Hindi lang ako nakikinig sa kwento, kasama ako sa memories. ❤️

And I’m beyond thankful for a husband who’s always there for us, quietly doing his best every single day, showing his love in his own ways. 🥰

Together, we’re raising our little boy not in a perfect way, but in a home full of love, laughter, and little moments like this. 💙
