💫❤️ Grace Upon Grace (How Miracles Surround Us)

When we think of the word miracle, things like angels with trumpets and bright white light come to mind. Sometimes, we only ever think of it because we need one. We need a miracle to save our job, our marriage, our grades, our lives - even our faith. We think of miracles as an occurrence rarer than a blue moon, one that is as elusive as Bigfoot and as reliant upon chance as the lottery.

But miracles aren’t necessarily like that.

The truth is, miracles surround us everyday. “Small” miracles like finding out the deadline for that report you forgot to work on has been thankfully pushed next week, to “big” miracles such as a car stopping within a nick from your own on the highway

It’s been 5 years already... and I’m still in awe.
In awe of God’s love. His grace. His healing power.
Even now, He continues to whisper His reassurance:
“My child, you are already healed.”

Thank You, Lord.
Thank You, Jesus.
Thank You, Universe.
To You be all the glory — always.

Last Holy Monday, while doing my morning meditation, I had a vision of Jesus, with rays of light emanating from His heart, like the image of the Divine Mercy. It felt like a prompt to visit a church dedicated to the Divine Mercy, and so we decided to add the Divine Mercy Church in Silang to our list for Visita Iglesia.

On the way there, I pondered why I was given this message, wondering “Why the Divine Mercy specifically?”

I felt profound joy the moment I stepped foot on the church grounds, with beautiful emotions running high within me. His love overwhelmed me to the point of tears, and I cried silently while sitting on one of the pews, even though I hadn't started praying yet, enveloped in the bliss of His light.
